Luvin the bounce in the Afro-tech track Bolingo Gringo, and also really feelin the Detroit-style makeover on Logic's The Warning (which is my sentimental fav house track of all-time). And finally, we close it out with a lost track from 1999 which at 10+ years old, still stands up quite well to the newer stuff.

As my closest friends can attest, 2009 has been a special year for me as it marked my return to the decks after a long hiatus. Inspired and refreshed, I jumped back into the game full-on and created this podcast which ran weekly from April to September and eventually settled into a less hectic bi-weekly format.

Whether you tuned in on the regular or waited for a specific genre to be featured on Recession Sessions, I want to thank each and every one of you for your support. Ultimately, your positive feedback has helped me rekindle this passion. I look forward to 2010 and building on the foundation of this past year. Expect to get a regular dose of the latest house and tech flavours and also explore the roots of today's current underground music.
